Sarah and Tunde, a multicultural couple with roots in Nigeria and East Asia, wanted their wedding day to be a celebration of their diverse heritage, bringing together their families and cultures through a unique and memorable dining experience. They approached us with a clear vision: a wedding menu that would seamlessly blend the bold, vibrant flavors of Nigerian cuisine with the delicate, intricate tastes of Pan-Asian fare.

We began by holding a detailed consultation with Sarah and Tunde to understand their preferences, favorite dishes, restaurants and any specific ingredients or flavors they wanted to include. We then embarked on the creative process of designing a three-course menu that would perfectly encapsulate the couple’s vision.​ The menu on the left was £55 pp for 150 people.

To ensure that your event runs smoothly and that you and your guests receive the highest level of service, a 20% service charge will be added to your final bill. This service charge cover the costs of our dedicated staff, including chefs and waiters, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make your event truly special.
